Clinical Training & Professional Development
We welcome Mental Health Counselors with Limited Permits (MHC-LPs) and graduate-level counseling interns looking to gain valuable clinical experience in a supportive private practice setting. Responsibilities include providing individual psychotherapy under supervision, completing clinical documentation, developing treatment plans, and participating in case consultations and professional development.

Licensed Clinician Opportunities
We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide high-quality, individualized psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families based on experience and specialization. Responsibilities include managing a clinical caseload, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining timely documentation, and collaborating with our clinical team.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC-D
Clinical Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced LMHC with Diagnostic Privilege (or pending approval before January 2027) to provide clinical supervision to MHC-LPs and graduate interns. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, documentation reviews, case consultation, coordinating with graduate programs, completing internship evaluations, and assisting with practice operations.
This position requires working on-site at our Staten Island office. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
