Group Therapy
Group counseling is a form of therapy that brings individuals together who share similar challenges, experiences, or goals. It provides a supportive and collaborative environment where participants can connect with others, gain perspective, and feel less alone in their struggles. Group counseling allows individuals to learn from one another, build additional support systems, and develop coping skills through shared discussion and guided therapeutic activities.
Participating in group therapy can be especially beneficial for those seeking connection, validation, and encouragement while working through common concerns. Groups are facilitated by a trained clinician who helps guide conversation, ensure a safe and respectful space, and promote growth for all members.
If you are interested in group counseling, please contact any of the listed counselors for more information.
